Maruushi Meat Shinbashi Shop — Restaurant in Tokyo

The meat and the furnishings were as good as ranking. Unfortunately, the service was quite terrible. We were on the second floor. There’s a skinny guy with curved hair who was in charge of our table. He was unfriendly to us.

First, he took every order ASAP and brought every dishes then left without distributing them. Also, he dropped the just first plate of meat out on the table in front of my friends.

Second, when we considered ordering two bowls of the salad, this guy said it would be like a “forest”, kind of a weird assumption to imply that we order too much. But we didn’t even know what size it was.

Third, they collected everything without asking us, acquired our consent, or at least say something. We booked seats for five persons, but one of us was late to arrive. We didn’t even notice when the tableware was collected back by them.

Forth, he took the last order ASAP like before, even we haven’t decided properly yet. Then he brought the drink to me directly and made the glasses hit so loud. Meanwhile, I was still clipping the food in my hand and was talking to my friends. This guy just interrupted us apparently.

Fifth, when it came to the last thirty minutes, he urged us to finish by telling “can you speed up?” to my girlfriend during our dining. It was so rude to be telling this words.

The worst things which we couldn’t be patient was ———He asked us to pay right at the time in the last twenty minutes. Our wallets were putting inside the seat boxes which meant three of us to have to stand up opening it to take them. Not even over yet, A girl came to us and pulled down the smoke vent without saying any words when we still tried to finish the rest of the food to comply with your closing time. We were very angry about that.

They were such impolite to us. I felt like that we were insulted and discriminated against by those staff because they thought we don’t understand Japanese. We were very disappointed with...

Beef, salad and drinks quite nice, beef Is actually good but, unfortunately they are quite discriminating ( if I may say so .) toward non japanese people... They force foreigners to share tables (different guests) while there are plenty of tables still available and this just 30 minutes before the last order on a Sunday evening... Even after asked if I could sit at an empty table (1 out of 4 empty tables on the second floor) So.... But beef is good, no question asked, and not...

This place was AMAZING!!! We ordered Kiriotoshi, which is an assorted beef. The meat melted in my mouth!! I’ve never eating meat tastes almost like desert!! Kalbi and Harami were my kids favorites. They were so soft and tasty, they had THREE BOWLS of rice with those meat. And the Salad!!!! Their miso dressing was something else!! I wanted to order more but was getting too full. I’d definitely go back!!!...
