Would give 0 stars for service if given the option. Had a terrible experience May 22, 2025 at 12:21am (24:21hr) with the self-proclaimed manager (medium build with glasses). We were foreigners and took longer to order as they did not have the self-service kiosk and we had to use our mobile phones to view the English menu which obviously required more than desired delay. Manager comes over and tells us to “order fast” and gives a very rude glare and attitude. His reasoning was “we waiting long time,” and “closing soon.” When asked what time the store closed (and we also checked the store hours posted on the door) it was 2:00am (26:00hr). We were the only customers in the store at the time and there was no rush hour or queue that we were holding up. Read moreThe food and service were as usual, which should have been enough to get the usual four stars, but the stools and the Wi-Fi problems pushed it down to 3. It's a big McDonalds, but it has a whole lot of those backless stools that I don't like, even though my back isn't bothering me much these years. I finally found a seat with a back on the third floor, and even though the goal of the backless stools is to encourage churn, most of the people here this Sunday morning seem to be in no hurry. A young man rushed round the counter and held a laminated copy of the menu so that the customer could read it. It was exceptionally busy when we were there shortly before a Giants game. In view of the number of customers, service time was reasonable....
