東京メルカート 東京ドームシティ店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

Ambiance is nice, like a modern bistro. Lots of wood furnishings and light. Personally, I felt that the tables were too close together, and it was just too crowded in there.

It’s located on the third floor of the Meets Port building near Tokyo Dome.

A pizza is about ¥1800 which is a little pricey in my opinion. I think it’s designed to be for a single person since it was smallish, but it could be split with someone if you are also ordering a pasta dish. However, the pizza was pretty good, and it came with a small packet of acacia honey. Yum!

You serve yourself water and get extra utensils, hot sauce, olive oil, etc. from the counter.

You order using a QR code then you bring the paper to the counter when you are ready to pay.

The store has many seats both indoors and outdoors, and the ambiance of the restaurant was really nice. It’s located in tokyo dome city which is right next to tokyo dome, and is near 2 stations with multiple lines, suidobashi and korakuen (great accessibility) I saw prior reviews stating that they don’t have english menus provided, but we were given an english menu so there’s nothing to worry about. They don’t have a wide range of selections (around 4 pizzas and pastas and a few appetizers) but the food came quick and tasted good. Price of the food is a little expensive compared to the cheap-end of italian food, but definitely reasonable with relatively big portions (at least for the pizza). We went there for coffee and dessert. Had a sleeping baby with us and other cafe chains were full of people as the location is very close to Tokyo Dome City and the kids play area like Asobono. Thankfully and maybe because the restaurant was on the 3rd floor on one side, it had room for us. Even more unexpected there was no compromise on quality with the latte and chocolate cake and which was a reasonable price.
