We didn’t have a good time here. It might be because we expected their course meal to be like any other course meals, i.e., food served to each diner. What we experienced to our surprise was being served with plates for sharing. We also expected the proper timing of bringing out each course. That was non-existent the day we dined there.

They should rather name the course meal as GROUP or PARTY COURSE MEAL to avoid any confusion. They should also probably hire more staff during peak hours to improve the timely serving of food.

In addition, if you take a look at the cake in the picture posted with this review, you’ll see a long crack at the bottom that was partly concealed with extra cream. We weren’t expecting the perfect cake; however, celebrating a special occasion with a cake prepared sloppily was a...

Overall good experience. My rating is reflective of my experiences in Tokyo and less on the value of the restaurant.

The food was above average, but not outstanding. Special mention to the steak. Well prepared and the salt was just the right touch.

The service was average at best for a Tokyo restaurant. Menu’s are provided via QR code, but when we placed our order it seemed things came out in reverse of any logical Italian styled restaurant. The restaurant was busy, but the wait staff seemed bothered by any request. I’m sure they were not, but that shouldn’t be my impression.

Excellent food with a great vibe! The Margherita pizza was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the high quality of the tomatoes within the sauce. The only reason I have not rated 5 stars because upstairs, it is extremely congested with smoke. Unless you're used to this kind of atmosphere, it makes it difficult to enjoy your meal. If the restaurant would crack a window, it would help dissipate the smoke. If that doesn't bother you, great...
