This was my first conveyor belt sushi. So thing to know is that once you head down the stairs to the waiting chairs, you have to put yourself in the waiting list with the machine there. My group and others didn't notice that at first until it was pointed out by a couple that were there previously. Salmon and tuna sushi is delicious. Tried a variety of other sushi and they were somewhat mediocre. The squid and natto selection was just about the grossest thing I had. I never had natto but it was ok for my first try. My issue is the mix of textures between chewy, slimy, and somehow crunchy. I ended up having to sneak to the bathroom to spit it out and then drink a cup of green tea to try and get rid of the blend of tastes. They also for some reason kept adding more wasabi with each of my plates so I had to stop asking for included wasabi and scrape out most of what was in what I had already ordered. Read moreThis was just a GREAT, fun and tasty experience😃 Our Japanese friend took me and my to young adult kids to this restaurant. We all LOVED IT. Clean, fun, efficient and great sushi. The genius part here is that you order 1-2 pieces or as many as you want from digital board. We tried a LOT of different small dishes, and when we found our favorites, we ordered a lot more of them. No need to bother any waiter. You order in your own time and when you feel ready to test out next thing. And the food arrives on the «bullet» train, programmed to stop at your table. When you have removed all the plates (sensors), the train automaticly return to kitchen for new loads. Now, 6 month later, I am back on a business trip and will take our Vice President to this great place....
