Elephant in the room -RESTROOM. You need to order to get a code to enter the restroom. Worth mentioning as countless people (me included) tried getting in the restroom with no luck having no code to go in. Staff was also pretty rude when I asked for the code and he said 'Ok, order?!'

That aside, food was not bad. I would give it a 3.5 stars. The hamburger with tomato sauce and shrimp burger were 2 sets we ordered, and I preferred the hamburger with tomato sauce.

I didn't like the fries though. Taste was ok but it was super thin and short.

Great stop right in the heart of Takeshita Street. Zetteria isn’t just another fast-food spot. I walked in without expecting much, and it turned out to be a really nice surprise.

🍔 The chicken burger was crispy, juicy, and perfectly balanced. 🍟 Fries were hot and crunchy. The combo was fairly priced, especially for Tokyo.

But the real highlight? The staff. Genuinely some of the kindest and friendliest people I met in Japan. Quick, polite, and full of positive energy.
