we ate here with the family. If your new to Japan please note that u dont sit and wait for the waiter to take your order okay? You need to choose your meal in the machine next to the entrance. Theres an english translation so dont fret. Meals are pretty cheap and service was amazing. Food actually came out fast! didnt even take 10mins! I live for the small gyudon bowls for 340yen I dont eat much so I just buy that - I recommend it!. Once you pay for the order in the vendo machine go to the counter on the farthest right where a japanese sign board is hanging and give the waiter your slip - The one ul get once u pay the food in the vendo like machine where you ordered it.

Cash only. Easy to order even without Japanese language skills. Order from machines: choose English (or your preferred language), select dine in or take out option, choose your dishes, insert cash into machine, get your change and ticket, and give your ticket to the server. It’s as simple as that. Machines won’t take card, but there’s an ATM in the corner store next door. (Please note: there are two machines in the restaurant, one accepts larger denominations than the other). Food is tasty enough and reasonably priced. There is the option of a half-serve of udon noodles, which is perfect for (little) kids and costs...

深夜に仕事することもあるもので、食事に関するチョイスが限られてしまうことが多々あり、近くに空いているお店があるだけで有難い、と思いたいところではあるのですが、、、 ちょっと酷い目に遭ってしまったのでシェアさせていただきます。

22時半過ぎ、券売機にて親子丼とサラダ・味噌汁のセット(？)を購入。さほど待たずに提供されたのですが、味噌汁を一口飲んでみたところ、、、 「あれ？温度おかしくない？」と思い卓上のベルで店員さんを呼び「この味噌汁ぬるくないですか？いつもこんな温度で提供しているんですか？」とお尋ね。辿々しい日本語で「少々お待ちください」と味噌汁を持って下がって行く店員さん。そして徐に電子レンジで(恐らくお椀ごと)加熱するような物音、、、 そして加熱された味噌汁は特に説明も謝罪の言葉もなく再び提供されたのですが、かなり疑問に思う対応です。

そもそもマニュアルに提供する際の基準温度とか無いんでしょうか？再提供された味噌汁は逆に熱すぎて火傷する怖れもある程でしたし、またモノが味噌汁だけに加熱し過ぎると風味が飛んでしまうのですが、、、(いやそもそもそんな風味なんてないのかな？)

ともかくスタッフの対応を含め上場企業のお店とは到底思えないお粗末さですね。

【追加】別な日に訪店した際の出来事、、、 深夜(と言っても23時台)で自分の他にお客様はいなかったのですが、店員さん(アジア系の女性)がキッチンの奥でTV電話(？)か何かをされているご様子で、お相手の方の声が客席の方までダダ漏れ、、、 ネイティブな会話なので内容はわかりませんが、いやはや大変自由な社風の...
