The best in Tokyo. Trust me, I’m a pastry chef. I eat at the restaurants in Park Hyatt quite often, and the desserts never ever disappoint. All the cakes, entremet, pastries and croissant are just incredible. And I just recently found the best almond croissants, it’s here! Their cakes almost look like jewelry. It costs as it looks. I took out banana bread which ingredients include honey,walnuts, bananas and other nonchemical items.
