On our hunt for breakfast in Tokyo, we stumbled upon Pronto and decided to try their morning sets before heading to Shimbashi Station. It turned out to be the perfect start to our day! The cafe had a cozy and relaxed vibe, which was a nice break from the usual bustling morning scene. Pronto offers a variety of breakfast options, from classic Western-style breakfasts to a few Japanese-inspired choices, so there’s something for everyone.
Our children enjoyed their breakfast just as much as we did. The portions were satisfying, and everything was freshly prepared, making it an ideal option for a family meal to kick off the day. Their coffee was smooth and aromatic, a definite plus for us parents who needed a caffeine boost! Watching the morning crowd pass by while enjoying our breakfast made us feel immersed in Tokyo’s daily rhythm.
Located near Shimbashi Station, Pronto is a convenient stop for travelers and locals alike. The quality of the food, combined with the casual atmosphere, made it feel like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. If you’re exploring Tokyo and looking for a reliable breakfast spot outside of your hotel, I recommend Pronto. It’s a simple, satisfying way to start the day and fuel up before hitting Tokyo’s...

I'm not sure if the employees were just exhausted but they weren't friendly. They mixed up our order (even though they clearly repeated our order back to us) and then got mad at us when we tried to explain that this wasn't what we ordered.
Second faux-pas: the menue is misleading in the English translation. There was a meal that was advertised as cream sauce with different mushrooms. The order then came with pork. As someone who doesn't eat pork I was unable to eat. Please consider translating the menue more clearly in the future, so others don't run into same issues! There were pictures but there it wasn't as obvious that it is with meat (in hindsight it makes sense, initially I thought it was just one of the 4 mushrooms)
Giving them 3 stars because the pasta that was vegeterian was actually delicious!
Not going back to them though.
