Extremely disappointed with the quality of the racquets I purchased from this place. Despite being marketed as “good quality,” one racquet’s tip broke after just three months of regular use, merely from hitting a shuttlecock. Upon contacting them further, I was informed that the warranty is valid for only three months and applicable exclusively within Japan—a detail that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. This experience has been both surprising and frustrating, and I would caution potential buyers to be aware of these limitations. They are not even willing to accept any explanation from our point of view, so please be careful. I should have read the comments here where staff were rude or at least provide suggestions if the items were not available. I asked 3 shoes and the staff just shouted no. I can even see a lot of deliveries the time I visited. So not sure if they are short-handed or they just don't want to entertain me. 2) alluding to my earlier comment, not all displayed are available or at least for those that i asked for. Still, I got a couple of items since I was already there and I traveled far and wide to get to this store. This store just opened last December based on the signage so not sure if they are still experiencing birth pains. Read moreCame on Sunday and attended by Eka who’s very helpful and friendly. I reserved 1 t-shirt to be picked up today and arrived there at 7:30 pm ish and attended by a lady. She told me that she needed the yellow paper which i forgot to bring, rushed back to my hotel and returned around 7:50 pm. Upon returning there, i was attended by the lady again and she had some attitude. She asked for my passport knowing that I’m a foreigner. I was using the app and got 2 stamps for my purchase. However, i was unfamiliar with the app, but she was being unhelpful and asked me “i’m sure this is not your first time using the app right?” Regardless of whether this is my first time to use the app or not, i don’t think it is necessary to ask this kind of question and she should have just assist me straight away and that’s what a good customer service is.
