Had to wait for 7 hours not because of the long line, but because I misread the information that the foie gras ramen is only sold at diner time. This is a genius rendition of miso ramen ! Paired with the soft foie gras (the texture and the taste is top notch), the miso soup tastes even better ! I tried one of their miso ramen for ¥1,180 and honestly it didn’t taste very good. It wasn’t bad, but the taste was a bit dull, flavorless. I tried better ramen in chain restaurants (and cheaper). Staff was friendly and let me know where to get my drinks and find my chopsticks and spoon. The place is not very big, but people usually eat fast, so I don’t think you’ll have to wait long. The ramen and the service were truly excellent—the flavors were outstanding, and I really enjoyed the meal. However, I couldn’t help but notice a large amount of dust around the stylish lighting fixtures, which seemed to have been left untouched for several weeks. The wooden-style tables also had a unique look, but after noticing the dust above, I felt as though I was eating in a less clean environment, which was disappointing.

From my experience in the food industry, visible dust in such quantities can be a serious issue, even if the food itself is wonderful. That said, I want to emphasize again that the ramen was absolutely delicious—it really was top-notch.

Still, the dusty lights right in front of me affected my motivation to return. I think a restaurant owner who cares deeply about presentation would never overlook this. I’m not particularly picky about cleanliness, but even I found it distracting.
