While waiting in line outside, I would recommend reading some of the articles on the Internet about this chain store to give you a hint of what you are getting into. Could hardly see the ramen with all the pork and bean sprouts on top. Soup was tasty not salty or greasy. Ramen was the thicker one and chewy just to me and my wife’s liking. I was happy that I could get plenty of toppings like vegetables and garlic, but I was sad that one of the toppings was removed (it was something that deepened the flavor of the broth, but I can't remember what it was).
