Found this gem next to our hotel in Shinjuku. Tsukemen was awesome! If you've ever ate at Ramen Manrai, this is almost the same recipe and flavor without the large portions. Enjoyed every bite of the soy based broth and the perfect textured noodles. Very clean and bright atmosphere. The chef was very friendly and like all chefs in Japan, showed true care for his craft. 小滝橋通りから少し路地を入ったすぐにあり大久保駅からは徒歩3分程度にあるこちら。満来出身店主のお店です。平日14時30分頃で先客3名待ちなし。こちらは満来系譜のお店の中でも特に納豆が美味しいので納豆ざるを注文しました。

食券を渡すと程なく店員さんが納豆を混ぜ始めます。小気味良く混ぜている音をBGMに待つこと10分程で着丼。具材はつけ汁に納豆/チャーシュー/メンマ/ネギ、麺の上に海苔。空気をたっぷり含ませながら混ぜられた納豆はメレンゲのようにフワフワです。早速ひと口。大成食品のやや平打ち中太ストレート麺はツルモチ食感。満来に比べると小麦感は薄めな印象ですが美味しいです。よく水が切られていてつけ汁が薄まりにくいのが良い。鶏ガラメインのキレのある醤油スープと納豆の泡が混ざりあってえも言えぬ美味しさです。チャーシューは大きい塊が3個。程よい柔らかさでとても美味しい。上振れかもしれませんがこの日の納豆ざるは完璧に近かったと思います。平日昼のみの営業ですが納豆とラーメンが好きな方にはぜひともオススメです。ご馳走さまでした！！！

This is "tsukemen," cold noodles dipped in warm soy sauce-flavored dipping sauce. The dipping sauce contains natto.The natto in the dipping soup is like meringue. The foam of the natto sticks well to the noodles, making them very tasty.

しっかり混ぜられた納豆がもはや泡です。スープは鶏ガラメインの醤油と思いますが途中までのメインは納豆の泡。バラ海苔が乗った泡の下にはしっかりチャーシューやメンマ/青菜/葱の具材が隠れています。個人的にはざるの方がつけ汁が濃く納豆とのバランスが良いと思いましたが、いずれも納豆好きにはオススメです。

【2104訪問】 満来さん出身店主のお店だそうです。納豆系がオススメのようで暑かったので納豆ざるを注文。

納豆ざるは同じく満来出身の佐高さんも美味しいですが、こちらは穴開きレンゲを付けてくださるホスピタリティが良いです。佐高さんは納豆自体に拘られているのと紫蘇が入っているのが特徴だったと思いますが、こちらはメレンゲかと思うくらいの泡立ちが特徴でしょうか。あとは麺の水切りがしっかりしているのも嬉しかったです。多少立地的な不利はありますが、値段的にも満来さんより安いのでオススメです。
