You better not come here around 12:00! I called the restaurant and asked if I can come in in 10 minutes. The lady on the phone answered to me that there are free spaces and they are waiting for me. So I went there and there were 90 minutes wait line! I was shocked. I felt like I was deceived and was very disappointed since I didn’t have time to wait that long. I have called on purpose to confirm that I can eat fast. At first they didn’t wanted to let me in so I had to fight for justice. It took me se time too. But at the end they let me in and politely accepted the order. The food was delicious. I’m convinced that the stuff has to warn people on the phone that there is a wait line.

Only one course available and the menu is not fixed, it changes depending on the day. I am vegetarian and when I went, the main side of the day was pork with simmered vegetables. The staff was kind enough to make it “vegetarian” for me by removing all the meat pieces. I really appreciated their kindness, but unfortunately I couldn’t eat it as the soup was pork based. The rest of the set was very good. It consisted of brown rice, miso soup, a salad and three tiny small side dishes. I also had a fresh ginger ale... it was amazing!! Refreshing, rich and natural. I am a fan of this restaurant’s salad dressings. I recommend them.

Very tasty, staff were friendly even though I don’t know any Japanese, food was not vegetarian but vegetables were a heavy theme. I had the lunch which included coffee. The lunch was very tasty with a lot of tofu and interesting flavours and textures. I also had the pumpkin and brown sugar soy parfait which was lovely. Definitely recommend for others, in all, the total was about 2200¥ or so.

【たまにはヘルスコンシャスなランチで身体をリセット‼︎ 店内の高い女子率は意識高い系女子が多いのかしら?】 大手町駅から直結の三井住友銀行本店南館の地下にある飲食店街の中にあります。所用で来たついでにこちらでランチです。 ランチは日替わりのワンメニューでその名も「日替わり健康ごはん」、デリ3種付きのメインディッシュにドリンクやサイド、デザートを追加していきます。もちろんデザートだけ追加、というオーダーも可能です。 本日のメインは鶏むね肉のチキンカツとお野菜煮物　塩麹フレッシュトマトソース、カツはむね肉ですがジューシーでキメの細かい衣でさっくりと軽く上がっていて、付け合わせの素揚げ南瓜との組み合わせが美味しいのです。デリ3品はエスニック風で青梗菜と白菜の中華風お浸し、米麺のパッタイ風炒め物、自家製豆腐　くるみ味噌のせで、こまごまとしたお皿で賑やかです(^ ^) サラダのドレッシングは野菜のすり下ろしがgood、具沢山の味噌汁に胡麻塩ふりかけがかかった玄米ごはんでヘルシーさ抜群のセットです。デザートは豆乳プリンの黒蜜がけ、フルンとした柔らかめのプリンが優しい味で黒蜜がかかると濃厚な味に変化して面白いですね。ドリンク付きならドリンクバーのルイボスティーとたんぽぽコーヒーを自由に飲めます。 こちらのランチタイムはレジでオーダーして会計を済ませる方式で、ほぼセルフサービスとなります。ペーシャーを渡されて待ちますが、かなりの人気店らしく13時過ぎても8割がたお客さんで埋まっていて、出来上がるまでに少し時間がかかりました。男性だとレギュラーサイズは物足りなく感じるかもしれませんが、2回目以降なら下げ膳の場所にごはん大盛のサービス券が置いてあるので、それを使えばバッチリですね‼︎

大手町駅から駅直結(C13出口方向)なので 雨の日も安心◎のアクセスの良さ。 店内は比較的広く、テーブル席もカウンター席もあり様々な客層の方が利用しやすいお店だと思います。 テーブルオーダー、後会計形式。 PayPayなどのQR決済もできるようでした。 お水はセルフサービス。ここで嬉しかったポイントが、常温と冷たいものの2種類が選べたこと。中々こういったサービスは見かけないので、良いなと思いました。 ランチのお料理メニューは、定食とカレーセットの2種類。ご飯お味噌汁だけでなく、おかずやサラダの大盛りサービス等もありました。 今回は定食＋おかず増量を選択。 ・清流若鶏の唐揚げと野菜のチリソース デリ ３品 ・神奈川県三浦のキャベツと三陸産採れたてわかめのおかかポン酢 ・宮崎県産天日干し切干大根の炒め煮 ・三之助豆腐の冷奴 ～大葉味噌のせ～ 量はおかず増量にしても、多すぎない位でちょうど良かったです。 メイン〜デリの小鉢をいただいた感想は、全体的に優しい味付けで、沢山食べても罪悪感0。 また、市販の調味料を入れると感じるような人工的な甘みや旨みではなく、自然由来の柔らかい旨みや香りが感じられました。 特にお味噌汁とメインのおかずで顕著に感じました。メインのチリソースは濃すぎたりしつこい感じはなく、優しいトマトの甘みと独特のスパイスの香りが食欲をそそりました。 スイーツやドリンクも米粉やきび砂糖などを使っているものや、他店さんでは見かけないようなものが豊富にあったので、次回はカフェ利用もしたいと思います。 店内で実際に使われているドレッシングなどのお土産もありました。ぜひ皆様も足を運んでみてください。

Sami is healthy meals and dessert place in Marunouchi. If you exhaust busy life in building jungle, you should come here. It's still in the jungle, but the meal makes you detox. Have fun for stressful tomorrow(^^)
