Food was just okay but the service was terrible. It took us an hour to get seated and served food which then has to be cooked so we waited longer than an hour to eat. Throughout the line there were multiple tables that were empty and not reserved, which they weren't filling with customers. We got a scan to order QR code which I assume is because we don't speak Japanese. We ordered through that and got our drinks relatively quickly but it took longer than 20 minutes to get RAW food out. It was pretty busy, sure but I think an hour to get seated and food out is pretty bad when you have a lot of staff around. Many of them were just putting utensils away and not seating guests. Also there was a bit of some fried batter stuck to the bottom of one of our drinks that the waitress didn't notice. Food from who knows where. I wish we had gone somewhere else rather than waiting. Not worth the money.

Thankful to the male staff who spoke English and made it possible for us to get a seat without reservation. Saw a queue outside when we left. Mariko-san was in charge of our table and she was wonderful in her service and was so meticulous that she put towel on the side where the kids were seated at. I love monjayaki so was very excited that there is one with such good reviews near tokyo station. Yakisoba was surprisingly good and the best of our meal! The vegetables was perfectly cooked - crunchy and juicy - while the noodles smell so good. Monjayaki was good too but a little too salty towards the end. The omelette was nice but it had too much sauce to taste the actual ingredient. Still, thank you for a wonderful meal!

Great food, great service! Two of my friends and I came for dinner and it was great. We ordered the あさりねぎバターもんじゃ (asari negi butter monja) and it was delicious, the clams were nice and soft. We added mochi and mozerella as well, highly recommend! They allowed us to split the monja so only one part would have clams as well. The server that cooked our first monja, Takashi was very fun to talk with. He was very funny and that made the meal even more enjoyable. We also ordered the マルゲリータもんじゃ (margherita monja). Not gonna lie definitely was just like eating a gooey pizza, but I loved it, still super delicious. I will definitely come back again!

I choose this restaurant to celebrate my visiting parent's special event, since they liked okonomiyaki before. We had seafood yakisoba, squid ink risotto style monjayaki, and classic pork okonomiyaki. Arisa was a nice attendant and I enjoyed chatting with her while she was preparing our ninja right on the hot plate. The only flaw was that we didn't receive the oshibori towels as we were welcomed at the table before ordering, and I had to ask them, but this didn't impact our excellent experience. Definitely recommended! ありがとうございました!

Fusion cuisine the other way around with Italian style Monjayaki. If you know Okonomiyaki it’s similar but instead of a pancake you eat it directly from the grill. The menu items blend the Japanese and Italian really well for example using squid ink from the Japanese side and risotto rice and garlic from the Italian side to create Squid Ink Monja It’s also in Shin-Maru Building which is about as central and convenient as you can be in terms of location. Just come here, value for money is extremely great!

This was our first time in Tokyo and our first time trying Monja and it was so awesome!! Ann was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable while cooking up our food in front of us. The food was very tasty and I loved how the grill is used to cook the food while we watch. Ann allowed me to try chopping up the monja ingredients and I had a blast! While the wait was very long (1-1.5 hr), the food and service was worth it. Probably recommend going earlier in the day to possibly avoid long lines.
