I am really very displeased at their service.

After ordering, it took 20min for them to serve the otoushi (octopus) to me. In this time, i observed a bowl of monjayaki ingredient placed at the counter and i was wondering if that is mine. After finishing the octopus, it was another 30min before they finally took the monjayaki bowl and cook it. The monjayaki bowl that was sitting on the counter for at least 45min. So, I spent 45min waiting for what? There was also no applogy for keeping me waiting

I went in at 8.30pm so the restaurant was not that busy at all. Throughout the 50min wait, i simply keep looking at the staffs arranging the beer bottles, cleaning the countertop, chatting, basically everything else that is not time sensitive and NOT COOKING FOR ME THE PREPARED MONJAYAKI INGREDIENTS.

Because of their delay, i almost almost missed the last bus. Are they going to pay for my cab fare if i truly miss the last bus?

And, the food is not that great at all.

I hope the restaurant can give a retraining to the staffs. They obviously need it. They have so many staffs so i seriously dont get it why it took 45 MINUTES to cook the monjayaki. It took 5min for the kitchen to prepare the monjayaki. So i didnt count that 5min into my waiting time.

I sat at the counter. The staffs in charge of the counter seats were a guy and a female. I wished i take note of their names.
