Decent food, and it looks like the staff is trying their best to provide good service. My only complaint is that two people serving everyone during dinner time might be too overwhelming for them.

In any case, keep in mind that this is the restaurant for Hotel JAL City, so I wasn't expecting the best fold around.

This place is great for families who are waiting to enter the nearby teamLAB planets, since this restaurant has a decently-prized kid's plate option that has hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce, some vegetables, tempura, a small portion of pasta, rice, and a custard...

We (wife and I) went to teamlabs and this was the only restaurant nearby...

Service was quick they gave us a table fast and food was also fast. When the menu was given to us, it was on laminated paper with 5-6 desserts and 2 main dishes, NOTHING ELSE (mixed seafood and curry), we ordered 1 each, food was ok not a big deal.

LATER, on another table I saw the waitress giving a DIFFERENT menu with more options to another table, I was like what the hell, are there different menus for foreigners or people not staying at the hotel.

We had an excellent experience. My son has severe egg, dairy and nut allergies and they were the most accomodating we have experienced yet! Made up a meal for him with chicken, pasta, rice, potato wedges and some fruit. The best meal we have been able to give him so far! (It wasn’t just hot chips and us giving him fresh fruit and veg to round out the meal). Great service. Our food was also great quality, steak...
