We had been meaning to come back to Kagura Sushi at Toyosu fish market for some time. This had been the first restaurant we tried after moving to this area a few years ago. We had been back a few times but tried other places and they never quite lived up to this.

We finally came back here and got the same chirashi-dons we got the first time around. They're generous with the uni, kani and crab. We also got a selection of tuna which included maguro, chuutoro and ootoro. All of it was excellent and just as good and fresh as it was the first time around.

The experience, service, quality and atmosphere was just as we remembered it, so really happy that they've been able to maintain it.

Yes, it's on the pricier side but it's as fresh as you can get and if you come all this way, this is one of the places to spoil yourself.

There are other restaurants here that have similar options and are priced in the same range as well. This place has easily been one of the better, if not the best one, we've been to so far in the area in this price range....

As Central Europeans, we’ve always loved sushi – but back home we never have access to ingredients this fresh and perfectly prepared. What we experienced here went far beyond our expectations. Every single piece was a small masterpiece – beautifully balanced flavors, incredible freshness, and flawless craftsmanship.

The atmosphere is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. It’s clear that sushi here is made with heart and deep respect for tradition. For us, this was not just a meal, but a true experience we’ll remember for a long time.

If you are looking for authentic sushi that will raise the bar so high it will stay in your memory, don’t hesitate to come here. Even if you have to travel across Tokyo – it’s absolutely worth the...

Food is fresh and tasty. Located in the management building where restaurants are on the route to the tuna auction viewing. One of the few restaurants that open later as many only are open for breakfast. The restaurant is not very big so it can get a bit loud if some guests are talking loudly. Fast service and they make the sushi right in front of you at the counter.

I like the fatty tuna with pickles roll and you can’t go wrong with the sushi or sashimi sets. Tamago egg omelette is good too. I would go for the raw scallop over the grilled scallop as the grilled flavor is a bit overpowering with the burnt taste. Flavorful miso soup. They require you to buy a set or pick 5 a la carte...
