Shuka Nomoto — Restaurant in Tokyo

We had the omakase for dinner. Was amazed by the efforts and intricate details in each dish. We especially enjoyed the chawamushi (appetiser) which has a really refreshing taste from the clams that we never had before; the pork siumai used different parts of the pork so that it has a different texture in every bite and the umami is so strong! Crab croquette was another highlight for us, it was crispy on the outside and very creamy on the inside but also not greasy at all.

All other vegetables and sea food dishes were all very tasty as well.

The location is a bit far from the main Ebisu station but it’s worth the walk. On a regular Saturday night the shop of roughly 10 seatings was full already. Remember to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Do note that they don’t have English menu, and they serve Omakase / course meal set defined by chef.

3日前くらいにインスタのストーリーで 席空いたの確認してDMで連絡したら カウンター予約できました

恵比寿駅から徒歩9分ほど めちゃくちゃ民家の中に突如現れる明るい光 外観が良い旅館みたいな空気放ってて 雰囲気ありまくりでテンション上がる

中は9人座れる大きめのカウンターと 4人掛けのテーブル席 暗すぎない感じが素敵

気さくな店主が明るく迎えてくれる この時点で優勝確定

料理は完全お任せで、 こちらのお腹の空き具合を確認しながら コース仕立てで出してくださる どの料理も日本酒に合って美味しい 次何出てくるのかわからない感じも好き

美味しいし雰囲気いいし居心地抜群 こういうお店に通える大人になりたい
