Starbucks Coffee - Okachimachi Kasuga-dori Avenue — Restaurant in Tokyo

Hello,

I’m a regular customer at this location and often order green tea. Occasionally, I request for the green tea and ice to be separated, as I don’t drink it right away. I understand this might be a bit more work, but all the staff members have always been accommodating and helpful.

However, this morning I felt a bit uncomfortable because the staff member who assisted me seemed displeased and showed a somewhat unfriendly expression. While I understand that working in customer service can be challenging at times, I believe that maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to good service is essential.

I’m sharing this feedback with respect, in the hope that it can serve as a reminder to uphold the standard of service that this store is known...

This branch is close to Takeya (Violet Building) where you can stop for resting and coffee after long shopping walk at Ueno. There are 2 floors but quite crowded as usual like other Starbucks. As usual of Starbucks quality you will get the same quality of service and coffee from Starbucks around the world. For Starbucks...

I love that this Ueno branch have the upper floor where i can just chill at the balcony area. They also provide free blanket for chilly nights.
