Starbucks Coffee - Shinjuku 3(San)-chome — Restaurant in Tokyo

Went there at 7am and it was surprisingly closed (but still opened later that day), we made some speculations about the place having problems.

Later in the evening we came back (as it was on the way to our hotel), and the pastry shelves were really dirty (obviously unwiped), and there were huge flies roaming about the inside of the place

Also, my order of matcha latte had bits and pieces of houjicha. we also noticed the server wasn't paying attention to the amount of sweetener or topping he's adding (even with other customers' orders)

I think a better management should be in place in this branch......

In fact, when I was took tray away, I accidentally bumped into the corner of the table, causing my latte to overflow. When I was busy apologizing, the staff first wiped me out with a wet tissue and said that I would like to redo a cup and send it to me. This is an experience that I have never seen in Starbucks all over the world; this is also confirmed again. I have said that Japan is the best country in the city of Starbucks.

Not many places around the area with vegetarian options for breakfast. It was nice to see that there were plant based options here! We got the keema curry sandwich and soy cake sandwich. Both were heated and were pretty tasty. Also got the sugar donut and earl tea milk donut. I really enjoyed the early tea one. Daily drip coffee was brewed perfectly. Service was fast and friendly and there were plenty of seats...
