Small longrunning local sushi joint. Saw lots of locals shortly after opening lunch service. Note that they are often not open on weekends (Sat/Sun), and only offer dinner service on the Saturdays they are open. Check their website for days they are open.
Went in for lunch, they only have one thing on the menu which is 1200 yen for a bowl of rice and various sushi + miso soup. I believe they have an upstairs space for additional seating but I'm uncertain of the amount of seating there is up there. There is maybe around 10 seats in front of the sushi chef downstairs. Best chance is shortly after noon after the first wave of locals begin leaving.
You don't get a choice in what you eat here, but it's a nice local spot if you wanna try it...

Everyone is very friendly and if there is only one seat for the two of you, they will put an extra chair and...
