The taste of the food was good and the customer service was okay. However, I had difficulty eating the shrimp tempura because the chef cooked the entire stick inside of it…He left part of the stick sticking out for the nasu and the vegetables but not sure why he didn’t leave part of it out for the shrimp tempura. As a result, I couldn’t eat the tempura easily off the stick . Actually, this restaurant also has an Omori location and when I eat the shrimp tempura there, it’s no problem because part of the stick is out and a large part of the shrimp doesn’t have the stick in the way when I eat it. Maybe it’s confusing to understand without photos. And one minor complaint is when I got up to leave I discovered a small roach 🪳 under my bag! I despise roaches. Surprised I didn’t shriek but it was quite unnerving. Summer in Japan does tend to draw roaches out but I’ve never seen a roach in a restaurant here before…the restaurant seemed clean but I would recommend they use roach traps in the summer if they don’t already. Or take some other measure to ensure there are no roaches....
