Tenpura Wakayama — Restaurant in Tokyo

I ordered tempuras individually, not from the course menu. It came with appetisers, dessert, and tea or coffee after all your orders. I ordered some wine too, but it wasn't really worth it if you like wine.

Maybe the appetisers and dessert weren't my favourite, but it was such a pleasant experience to be able to eat freshly and lightly fried tempuras :)

Tempuras are good. Honestly eating them with salt was the best. I liked "Yamato Imo" (Yamato yum) and Ginan (Ginkgo) that were uniqueand I completely forgot to take photos (ate immediately).

Staff and chefs seemed to be well trained with good and attentive manners which helped me feel not alone when visited there myself. It was such a lovely evening, but it wasn't worth it considering of the price. It was too pricey for the quality. I ate 7...

【人手不足？揚げる人が行ったり来たり】 ランチの天ぷらは2回に分けて提供との事。 最初のサラダを食べたのち、一の皿として隣の先客と同じ二の皿の内容の天ぷらを同時提供された後（カウンターの後客のお客さんは最初のサラダだけ出され）、揚げてる人は予約客の居る奥の座敷に移って別対応。その間かなりの時間待たされた後に再びカウンターに出てきて、二の皿として後客の一の皿の内容の天ぷらを揚げて同時提供・・・さすがに待ち時間が長すぎて既にビール&ご飯&お椀も済んでしまい食事終了！ってタイミングで二皿目の天ぷら出て来ると言う最悪？の客対応。味以前の問題だと思う。こっちの「食事終了！」って雰囲気感じてるのに「良かったらご飯お代わり出来ますよ！」だと。その前に「お待たせしちゃってすみません！」ぐらい言えないのね？他のお客さんなんてサラダ食べちゃってから15分位、放置された状態だし・・・客の食事進行状態を見てるフロアの人も居なくなっちゃってるし。個室の予約客で忙しいなら、入店断ってくれた方がましだよ。まぁ、もう2度と行かないから良いけど。開店してから行くたびにクオリティ...
