Chill, in Kichijoji (near the center of town), is a really good Spanish tapas restaurant. It's quite small, with only 4 tables in the back and a long counter. Best to make reservations, and state that you want a table. The dishes change often, as does the wine. Remember, tapas are small dishes, so you won't be satisfied with just one or two, so the price can add up. This is a moderate to high priced place, especially depending on your wine choice. Food is absolutely amazing! The chef puts so much love and flavour in every dish. My most delicious dinning experience in kichijoji over the last 4 years. The avocado octopus is a must try. They also make their own truffle butter! So so good on lovely warm bread. Lasagna is yummy with lots of cracked pepper. olives are meaty and the beef stew has a rich deep taste. A fantastic tapas restaurant. Its hard to believe these two brothers did not study cooking in Spain. They are very creative and have made some really interesting and delicious food.
