From the moment we were seated, Aaron set the tone for what ended up being one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. His energy was positive, welcoming, and genuine — the kind of presence that makes you feel immediately comfortable and cared for. He greeted our table promptly, with a warm smile and a clear sense that he enjoys what he does. Even in a busy restaurant environment, Aaron managed to balance attentiveness with ease; he never made us feel rushed, but also never left us waiting. Throughout our meal, Aaron’s professionalism and attentiveness stood out. He knew the menu inside and out, offering helpful suggestions that matched our preferences perfectly. It’s rare to have a server who can recommend dishes or drinks so confidently while making it feel conversational rather than scripted — but Aaron did exactly that. Every question we had, he answered with patience and knowledge, whether it was about ingredients, portion sizes, or drink pairings. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to enjoy everything we ordered. The small details were what truly elevated his service. He was proactive — refilling drinks before we even had to ask, checking in at just the right times, and making sure every item came out as expected. When our food arrived, he confirmed each order carefully, and later circled back to ensure everything tasted great. He even remembered little details we’d mentioned in passing (like one person wanting extra sauce or another asking for a specific side), and followed through without being reminded. That level of attentiveness is something you don’t see often, and it made a big impression. Beyond efficiency, Aaron brought personality to the experience. He had this perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness — cracking jokes here and there, reading the vibe of our table perfectly, and never overstepping. You could tell he was genuinely connecting with each guest rather than just “doing his job.” That kind of authentic interaction makes the whole meal feel personal and memorable. It’s also worth mentioning how well he handled the busy environment. Even as the restaurant filled up, Aaron maintained composure and consistency. He never seemed flustered, never forgot an order, and maintained the same level of care from start to finish. His timing was on point — appetizers, entrées, and dessert all came out at a perfect pace, and he coordinated everything seamlessly. By the end of the meal, every single person at our table commented on how great he was. You could tell Aaron genuinely takes pride in giving guests a great experience. It wasn’t just about bringing food and drinks; it was about creating a positive, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. We left TGIF not just satisfied with the meal, but genuinely impressed by his level of service. In short, Aaron exemplifies everything you’d hope to experience in a great server — knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to making guests feel valued. He represents the TGIF brand exceptionally well, and I’d absolutely come back (and recommend this location) specifically because of the outstanding service he provided. If there’s a way to recognize or reward standout employees, Aaron definitely deserves it. His service turned a simple meal into a memorable one — and that’s the mark of true...
Read moreI had a quick take out dinner then came across this location while heading back to my hotel, and just had to have some ribs.
I had a ‘small’ draft beer which wasn’t that small. This was a pleasant surprise.
The baby back ribs are what you’d expect from any Friday’s. This was good because I got what I craved for. The coleslaw was a bit dry for my taste.
Be sure to have the Brownie Obsession! I was full from having two dinners so I asked for one brownie instead of the two included in the usual menu item. The staff accepted my request and I got to eat a warm, moist brownie topped with ice cream, and, chocolate and caramel sauce with some nuts.
BGM was upbeat and a great contrast to the pouring rain outside. The restaurant is very large but had only one other table occupied as the baseball game at Tokyo Dome was still in progress. I’m guessing it would be really busy after the game ended.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. Some of the staff speak English.
Update: Went back the other night as I had a great experience the last time I went. This time a took a friend who was looking forward to dinner here.
It was early evening so not many customers again. The staff were friendly but getting attention took effort as the staff were more focused on small talk.
The food came very fast but the onion soup was salty, the ribeye steak was stiff, the baby back ribs were overcooked and dry. The stuffed potato skins were good and as last time the Brownie Obsession was great.
This visit was so disappointing that we will probably now visit here again.

Read moreIf there was a lesser amount in score I would We got to the door and asked for a table got told to wait and that is fine but-there were approx.12 tables that were open in a section of the restaurant. There was section that was closed off and people were leaving I understood that was a priority due to the possibility of runners not paying their bill but we were ignored as the clearing of tables seemed to take priority instead of seating us and delegating to his staff to clear the tables as they weren't doing anything in their section. The floor manager who initially greeted us at the door became rude as if we didn't count ,he spoke English at the start and then suddenly he couldn't. We felt as though because we were gaijin we were discriminated against. It doesn't matter what nationality you are or how you are looked upon you should be treated all the same. We had planned to be there for a good night and would have spent quite a bit. The restaurant lost out.We were there Tuesday night at 5.30 pm on...
