The Matcha Tokyo Miyashita Park — Restaurant in Tokyo

I recently visited Matcha tokyo with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the management of the store was disorganized. There was no clear indication of where to queue, which led to confusion and frustration among customers. To make matters worse, it seemed that people already inside the store were allowed to cut in line without any repercussions.

The situation was exacerbated by the cashier's unprofessional behavior. Not only did she openly discuss our issues with her colleagues, but she also did so in a manner that was both disrespectful and dismissive. This lack of discretion and poor attitude was quite off-putting.

Additionally, when I specifically requested for my order to be packed for “to go”, it was not done properly. This oversight further added to the overall negative impression of the service.

While I understand that no business is perfect, the combination of poor management, lack of customer respect, and subpar service has left me with no choice but to share my disappointment publicly.

I hope Matcha Tokyo takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for...

Very disappointed by this location . Not the same service as the bigger location.not as impressive either . The staff rush order and half azz drinks . The cups arent even fill to the top .they are not only overpriced but tight on the portion . I tried this location wouldnt go again.the matcha soft cream are TINY you can find better one in shibuya really big in 300-400 yen price and fancy ones at 500 yens range .dont fall for this one .the matcha is organic yes but everything else isnt milk isnt the syrops arent it defeat the goal of " organic" .none if their food or drink are a 100 percent organic yet they price themselves as if .their matcha drinks were super weak .i had better matcha at asakusa .this place rely heavily on tourists you wont see many japanese going for...

We stopped in to The Matcha Tokyo to try…well you know…Matcha. My husband and I both enjoyed matcha soy lattes, and we ordered the “Beauty Matcha Energy Bar”. The drinks were really nicely flavored and balanced. We often find matcha lattes to be too heavily sweetened to hide the bitter taste, but the lattes here were really well made. The beauty energy bar was good. It was very healthy tasting, and didn’t quite give me the dessert taste I was looking for. But now that I know its taste, it would be a great grab-and-go snack!
