I am amazed by the good reviews here because I found this place very disappointing. First, this is an over the clothes massage. You can rent clothes to change in to, but this was not explained so we went back for our massage in street clothes which were not comfy when you are faced down on buttons for 90 mins. The beds are not covered with a sheet or towel so my arms (wearing short sleeves) and feet (no socks) started sweating on the plastic beds and stuck to them. Also, we only saw a man when we came in so we asked for a female masseuse and we were charged extra for requesting a female. The massage technique is literally just the person pressing their fingers into your muscle or bone as hard as possible. (I say bone because she went down my spine, not the muscles on the side of the spine.) It was not relaxing. Several times I spoke up during the massage to say please don’t push there or can you move to a different spot because she’d just keep poking in the same spots. I have been traveling Southeast Asia for 11 months and have gotten massages in 8 countries and this was the worst experience I have had since starting this travel or even before in other areas of the world. There is soft music when you enter, but it is hard to hear in the massage area, esp over talking from the other rooms, which are just separated by curtains and the curtains are left open because you aren’t undressed. I saw two locations for this spa in this area, but my husband’s massage was the same poking style so it must be what it taught throughout the franchise and unfortunately it is...

Great staff, very welcoming. One of the best massages ive had, and very accomodating to my primary pains. From there every massage worked perfectly. She adjusted pressure strength when needed, and knew my limits. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Scared to recommend because I might not be able to get in. I come to Japan for Judo, and I have found my favorite spot to get a massage every time. Thank you Goo-it! i will see you again very soon. By the way the price is unbelievably good, please dont change.

and amazing customer service, and amazing massage. price is on point. did a 2 hour massage. asked what were my tired parts. pointed out what was bothering me and felt new again after. this massage and last massage was the best I've had, and felt great after (which is very important).

Really great experience. My partner and I was traveling from the US and we needed a break from all the walking. Since we were already in Shibuya, we chose a random one off Google Maps. And wow, are we glad we went to this one. It was a bit hard at first to communicate, but they were super receptive to us and even gave us a discount. Specifically, Takashi, took care of us as he was able to speak English. He was super patient as we didn’t know what we were doing.
