I had the pleasure of visiting this ramen restaurant recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The place was bustling with local workers, which is always a good sign, and I could immediately tell that this was a popular spot.

The ramen itself was absolutely delicious - the thin chicken soya sauce style broth was packed with flavor and had just the right level of saltiness. The noodles had a delightful bouncy texture and were perfectly cooked, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to the dish. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the presentation of the food, which was both visually appealing and appetizing.

When you order you can select between 1 to 5 pieces of pork. I chose 1 only. 5 would cover the whole bowl. You also choose large or regular. Large is not that large!

Overall, I found this restaurant to be a hidden gem and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a good bowl of ramen. Despite the current rating, I believe that this place deserves more recognition for its outstanding food and welcoming atmosphere. Don't hesitate to...

We had the Peace and Pistol ramen choices. The Pistol is thier restaurant's representative ramen choice. Both were GREAT!

I read a comment saying that the English menu has higher prices - this is NOT CORRECT! The English menu includes tax in the listed price. The Japanese menu includes the price before tax in large and with tax smaller below it.

This is a CASH ONLY place. Well worth every yen!

The flavor of both broths were WONDERFUL! For the price, this was an incredible value. We also had the Gyoza and Soy fried chicken. Both were cheap, well seasoned, and perfectly prepared.

The service was fast, attentive, and very friendly from both young men of the staff....

In Shinjuku, a little walk away from the busy streets, I found a ramen shop tucked into an office area. The first surprise was how clean and stylish the interior was — it almost felt like something I’d see in Osaka!!!

But then came the ramen itself. The visual was stunning: the bowl looked as if it was wrapped in meat, and the soy-based broth was so clear and beautiful!!! Out of all the ramen I’ve seen, this one had the most artistic design.

The taste was just as impressive — light yet deep, refreshing but full of flavor. Everyone around me was taking photos before eating, and I understood why. It truly stood out as one of the most dazzling bowls of ramen I’ve...
