Tokyo Abura Soba — Restaurant in Tokyo

This place was recommended to me by a friend who had lived in Tokyo for a year and it was no disappointment. We waited around 10 minutes for a seat as the area is pretty tight so if you’re there with a bigger group, it might not be ideal. We did not have to queue just had to wait for seats but we also ate at around 4pm which resulted in a lesser crowd. The service is really fast, once you’re seated your food is served within 5 minutes. The noodles were so chewy and flavourful and the gyozas were amazing too. Middle of eating a very large cockroach came out of the kitchen and wandered around on the table. My friend stood up screaming in panic, I was really shocked too. The staff caught the bug and cleaned it up, but that was it. We couldn't finish our meal since we didn't want to eat at the table where the roach came out.
