Tori Ramen Toku — Restaurant in Tokyo

We accidentally passed by this small restaurant and it was opened so we went in.

There is a few tables and counter bar sit.

There is vending machine that you have to order and pay here first. The menu was in Japanese but the helpful staff came and explained us.

There is 3 type of ramen here but all base - soup are chicken broth. (Shio) Salt soup (900¥) , Spicy salt soup and Tsukemen ( thick noodles dipping in concentrated soup)

We ordered shio ramen with egg. It’s incredible.Soup is cool. Not too salty. good smell. Noodles is thin, good cook (not soft ,not hard).Chicken is pink and tender.Wow I love it.

The second is Tsukemen. Awesome dish noodles is perfect and soup is excellent.

This is a Hidden gem restaurant.it’s surprised and impressed me.

We got chicken ramen with and without soy. The with soy ramen was tasty and saltier than without soy. In the ramen without soy you could taste the chicken broth better. The eggs were perfectly soft boiled and the chicken was delicious. The manager helped us order from the vending machine as it had no English. Fantastic Food, not expensive. A ticket for the food you would like to eat needs to be bought at a vending machine next to the entrance which seemed a bit weird. We had the chef translate a few things and chose our food based on the pictures. both dishes were delicious. Better than most food we had in Japan so far. Especially in the price range for less than...
