I went to inquire about the Country rye bread as I had heard it's sourdough. When I kind of asked in Japanese about it the staff were cold, quick to write me off and seemed to be unable to answer me how the bread was made (fermentation process).
It wasn't until I visited a Chiba station location that I found out the dough is briefly fermented therefore gives it a sour taste. The service at the Chiba station shop was much more knowledgeable and friendly.
This shops staff seemed entitled and even though the shop was empty and they were standing around, they seemed to have no time for me.
