TRUFFLE mini Ecute Edition Yurakucho Shop — Restaurant in Tokyo

Located at the train station, it exists as a tiny stall for the commuters to grab a piece and tapau. There's no chair or tables to eat in house, so this is a grab and go kind of stall.

They have a good variety of bread and they smell incredible. I bought a few varieties and found all of them superbly tasty. The bread texture, the filling, the balance of flavour, all incredible.

有楽町駅の京橋口改札外にある小さなパン屋です。入口から店内へ向かう通路は狭く、人がすれ違うのもやっとであるため、店内は比較的スペースが確保できているものの、一度に入店できる人数を8人に限定しています。 都内を中心に全国に展開している『TRUFFLE Bakery』のミニ店舗であるため、基本的にこの店舗内でパンが製造されているわけではありません。そのため、いずれのパンも冷えており、食感もやや硬めです。それでもそれを計算した作りになっているからか、しっかりとした噛み応えのパンを堪能することが出来ます。他の『TRUFFLE Bakery』と同様に、パン生地とパンに使用された具材の味を存分に引き出すような味で、甘さも控えめのものが多く、子供でも堪能できますがどちらかと言えば大人向けのパンのラインナップが多いように思います。 有楽町駅を利用する際のちょっとした軽食用に購入するといいかもしれません。

This small bakery is located outside the Kyobashi exit ticket gates of Yurakucho Station.The aisle from the entrance to the store is so narrow that people can barely pass each other, so although the store is relatively spacious, the number of people who can enter the store at one time is limited to eight. Since this is a mini-store of "Truffle Bakery", which operates nationwide, especially in Tokyo, the bread is not basically produced in the store. It is practically impossible to buy this "truffle bread". The queues are extremely long, and selling hours are restricted. This should be organised more efficiently. The rest of the bread choices are not that great. The egg truffle sandwich has a hint of truffle and nothing more.
