Tsubame Grill — Restaurant in Tokyo

We came to dine at this place for many time but this was the first time in 3 years. Surprisingly, we did not expect a lot of customers before 5 p.m. but we did. We had to wait for about 30 minutes to get the seat but it worth. the wait. The waiter was friendly and helpful. He suggested special menu for the season, grilled Oyster which we agreed to try. We also ordered Hambuger steak (restaurant's signature dish) and Porkchop steak as usual. When the Oyster came, the same waiter also helped us and showed us how to open and eat the oyster. The Oysters were very tasty indeed. The staek and porkchop were very good as always. More importtantly, this meal was not expensive at all. Excellent taste...

Decent food. I like the German vibe. Does not feel like you are in Japan which was a nice change. At lunch time, we waited about 5 min for a table although I saw later people wait longer. We got a caesar salad and a tomato salad to start. They forgot to serve the tomato salad we ordered but they took it off the check. Caesar Salad was large enough for two and tasted fresh. Tsubame Grill in Shinagawa is an absolute must-visit if you’re a fan of hearty Western-style Japanese dishes. Both the hamburger and the sausage were incredibly delicious — juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. The portions were just right, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.
