Conveyer belt sushi restaurant located only a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Station and near by hotels. As mentioned in many reviews, expect a wait if you go anywhere between 6:00 - 9:00. We arrived after 8:00 PM and waited approximately 40 minutes.
The food was good, but far from the best. Unfortunately there are many, many tables so if you are not in the first 10, chances are you'll be ordering most of your food off the screen - this isn't much of an issue because the secondary conveyer belt will deliver your order quickly and directly at your table.
Pros:
Fun experience with good food Chance to win a souvenir when putting plates down the return system (5 plates = 1 chance to win.. it's not a game, just a small animation and a chance to win). Close to the station
Cons:
Long wait time - need to pull a number when you arrive (system is Japanese with no English) Staff will call numbers in Japanese only, so if you don't speak, or have someone that can, you'll need to try and tug the arm of the staff calling. We kept going and making sure he knew what number we had. Food was mostly gone on the plates travelling along the conveyer belt by the time they reached our area
Overall a fun experience and worth the visit. For 2 people including beer we paid...

I came an hour before closing (2300hrs) and got a seat right away. There were also plenty of seats Available during this timing.
Menu can be configured to English by the staff. Self service complimentary hot green tea available ( tea cup above you next to the capsule machine )
Everything is 100yen unless otherwise stated. I enjoyed my meal very much!
The only downside is that the capsule maChine and system hung when I tried to play the game. I informed the staff and they tried to resolve the issue by resetting my order history, and bringing me a new set of plates according to my consumed plate count, hoping that re-slotting the plates into the machine gives me a chance to play the game again. It didn’t work anw but I appreciate their initiative.
I had 8 plates of sushi and a chawamushi, and my bill came up to 950yen. Satisfied...
