TSUBASA COFFEE — Restaurant in Tokyo

I'm not sure but i think i ended up into one of those businesses where all the employees are "special". First the lady who welcomed us told us that no tables where available when clearly there were, making us wait outside with 40°C.Then nobody was able to speak a single word of english, like not even basic words. Then we asked for ice coffee and after a very long wait, another employee brought out hot coffee, which is insane for the weather that we are experiencing today. We obviously received no excuses because no one of the staff was able to comunicate in any type of way. Not sure what I’m missing about this place but we found it to be frustrating and unappealing. We waited an hour and a half outside in the cold to get in. During that time we saw countless tables empty and patrons take tables that were far bigger than necessary. One lone diner was given a table for 4 to herself and she then proceeded to slowly eat her lunch alone for an hour when a party of 4 could have easily gone in and she could have taken a seat at the bar! Save yourself some time and don't come here! I waited over an hour in the heat for this place (they don't let you wait inside). The worst part is that I saw people that arrived after me get seated first. They call the number in Japanese and each time I would show them my ticket since I don't speak Japanese, they would just tell me to sit down. The food options were also very minimal so just eat else where. As a tourist in July, trust me you don't want to waste precious time and be out in this humid weather waiting.
