We got into the cafe and nobody greeted us. We sat ourselves and ordered online. The place is run by only one woman, she does everything and there were at least three ubereats guys that came the whole time we were there, two deliveries from the cafe and one for the cafe. Even when she saw us, she didn't acknowledge us. The food arrived in 25 mins and there were only two other people in the cafe with us. I'm sure she's doing her best and busy with all the work she has to do, but the service is also pretty bad, she was slamming the plates on the table and only muttered what she was serving, she also never made eye contact throughout all this. And there was an uncleaned table from a previous customer we never saw when we came in and it was still there when we left. Expensive and really...

Not worth it. Not worth the high price, the long waiting time or the getting here. We payed almost 4000 yen (~26$ American) each, waited for almost 40 minutes (while the place was nowhere nearly full mind you) and received a admittedly nice assortment of fruits and some granola. The yogurt is super thick, think a thick cream cheese consistency. If you want the pretty picture and don't mid paying way more than it's worth come on in....

※Instagramからドリンクが勝手に追加されるのを改善してほしいとのDMをしたところ反論の返信がきたため追記で載せます。 選択式と仰っていますが、最初から勝手に有料の追加ドリンクにチェックが入っているようで、気づかずそのまま注文してしまうと要らない有料ドリンクも買わされる事になります。 このような仕様になっているお店が他にないため、1度目は自分が間違えて注文してしまったのかと思っていましたが2度も同じ事があり勝手に追加されている事がわかりました。 自由選択式なら初めから勝手にチェックを入れておくのではなく、必要な人だけ自分でチェックを入れる形式にするべき(他の店舗はどこもその形式です)だと思います。 セットドリンクを注文する方が多いのでしたら必要な人だけ自分でチェックを入れる形式で問題ないのでは？ 気づかずそのまま注文してしまう事を狙って単価上げのためにその形式にしているとしか思えません。
