Dash Living Shinjuku — Hotel in Tokyo

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near public transportation, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to get around and explore the neighborhood. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the location alone is a big plus.

The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and everything from the bathroom to the furniture was spotless. It’s clear that the staff take pride in keeping the rooms in great condition. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality added to the overall positive experience.

Solid apartment but had some disadvantages. Mostly small things that could be easily fixed but they still add up. First night there was lipstick and blood on our sheet. After sending a message the management sent someone in the morning to clean the sheets, so communication is fast but of course blood on sheets isn’t very favourable. Also in general the apartment doesn’t feel super clean. Other small things; WiFi box next to our pillow that blinks at night and looks messy with many cables. Could be easily fixed with a small nightstand. Another blue light blinking bright at night. Comes from the interface, could be fixed but quite in your face at night. No light next to the bed so have to get out of bed to turn the lights off. Towels are very thin. For the rest the location is great! And the apartment has a good price for the size. We stayed 7 nights in this appartement. We are a Dutch couple. We payed €130 per night.

LOCATION is great, close to multiple metro stations and 15min walk to the heart of Shibuya! Convenient and coffee shop right next to the entrance. Entrence with 2 codes and check-in tablet was easy.

FACILITY'S were all there. Including washing machine (with detergent), Chromecast, iron, balcony, airco and closet. We missed some more towels, 2 big towels (and two really small ones) for 7 night was too little and were not dry fast enough after a wash. Extra towels were 2000yen. Dishcloths were nowhere to be found. Some coffee and thee would be nice too.

APPARTEMENT was nice and spacious. The street was quiet. The rooms themselves were not well isolated. The shower and bed were really nice!
