Uotake — Restaurant in Tokyo

We are very much dissatisfied and disappointed at this place. A female server staff were having a bud attitude to all customers and not polite. I asked “which dish is recommended?” but she just said “See the menu”. Also one of my colleague asked “Do you have deep fried chicken?” She just answered “You must see the menu AT FIRST and then just say the name of the dishes!!” It looks like the chef is good because dish is tasty but server is very much rude and is not have professional.

I do not recommend that all the foreigners and all the Japanese go to this restaurant because this restaurant do not have Japanese “Omotenashi” culture and mind.

A great fish restaurant on Meiji Dori, between Ebisu and Shibuya stations. Personal highlights included the sashimi and tempura. We were a party of four for dinner and sat at one of the low tables. You can also sit at the counter and watch the chefs prepare the food. There was a good atmosphere, and things can get a little lound as people get some drinks in them. So, if you are looking for a bit more quiet, the restaurant has a semi-private table but you need to book that in advance. Not sure about the english-level of the staff, they were friendly...

Extreme quality. My family was totally satisfied with the sushi plates we ate. I will go again. Highly recommend.
