I was looking for a ramen shop that sold something I've never tried before, and I chanced upon this Wagyu based one and decided to give it a try.
Its a small restaurant with 6 counter seats and it's tourist friendly as the menu board on the outside has pictures and english descriptions, and a vending machine inside with the dishes names in Japanese that you can play match-the-characters to order what you want.
As I entered, I was welcomed with a glass of ice water and handed them my tickets from the vending machine. It didn't take long for them to prepare my meal. I tried one of the braised meat ramen with corn and a bowl of wagyu beef slices and rice.

The restaurant is intimate (5 persons), but the staff is really passionate about the preparation of the plates (they even helped us with the ticket machine), the whole experience was really amazing.
The tonkotsu boil is made from beef bone and gives it an amazing strong taste and really makes you really addicted. The beef char-siu is well balanced between fat and meat and was truly yummy. My wife took the one with the black garlic oil and the spicy miso which added even more complexity in the balance and tasted incredible. The gyo-za were also delicious.
It was an amazing discovery for us, and I can't wait to come back there on our next...
