Really tasty Ramen, usually full during lunch time. The atmosphere is really nice, the staff make you feel welcome with a warm "Irassha~i" as soon as you enter the shop. The portions are big, and filling.

After buying the food ticket, they'll ask you if you have any preferences with regards to the food, and if you want a bowl of rice to go with your Ramen. They sometimes have promotions going on, like upgrading you dish to a bigger size for free on Mondays.

I visited Musashiya in Oimachi, and it was just as good as I hoped. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. The chashu was especially tender and just melted in my mouth. The toppings, like spinach and green onions, added a nice touch.

The only downside was the long wait, since it’s a popular spot. But the wait was worth it for the delicious ramen. I definitely want to go back.
