This restaurant was undergoing renovations that caused dust to circulate while customers were dining. Although it is understandable that the focus is on profit due to the low prices, from a customer's perspective, it is not a pleasant experience. The restaurant operates like a food court with self-service; customers need to pick up their food when it is ready and return their trays after eating. A very spacious cafe with few free art exhibits inside. The cafe is next to the B&C Hall where several events are held like the one with Ghibli Exhibit.
