World End 秋葉原シーシャ — Restaurant in Tokyo

Very approachable to foreigners, the lady that runs it can speak a considerable amount of English (significantly more than I can Japanese!) and was very helpful for setting a friend and I up with with a blend and hookah.

Beanbags all around the bench for a cozy setting, and the led screen was also connected to the Nintendo switch there. we ended up playing Smashbros with some other customers, very fun!

Just note: the rate appears be time based and not "pre-buy one hours worth" beforehand. May have been an error or misunderstanding on our part in that we thought the dual rate for 1 hr is all we got, but when time to square up it was double than expected (we smoked slow and were there for probably 2hrs, also were a lil tipsy going in)

First time experience. Very chill procedure and the staff of the day was very kind in guiding me on how the ordering works as well what’s on the menu. They also knew a bit of English so you don’t need to know Japanese, though I do recommend having a translator ready for the menu if you want to think over it. There’s no time limit so I managed to chill for a long time. The overall vibe makes it a nice rest stop even.

Would recommend if you want to go and try out a shisha and a drink on a your own pace and chill. There’s charging ports for plugs too.

Fantastic! Taiyaki was so friendly, and really made an effort to converse with us as we do not speak much Japanese. The Hookah was so tasty, and lasts quite a while. So many different flavours and variations to choose from. The alcoholic peach soda is a must. Really easy spot to find right in the heart...
