If you're looking for an expensive place for a very high class business dinner in Japan look no further. This place has serious swank, and is very convenient being a part of the Nomura / YUITO / Cordeo conference center and boutique shopping complex. 2022年5月16日から、XEX SUMMER ブッフェ「シトラスフルーツ×ストロベリーブッフェ」をテーマに開催してる。オマール海老がメインのビュッフェらしく期待してランチに訪問。11時半すぎに到着したが、大混雑。客層は20～30代が多い。店内はほぼ満席だった。 とにかく店内が広い。事前に席の希望を伝えたので、ビュッフェ台から離れた席にしてくれたが、遠すぎて、ピザ等置いてあるキッチン前まで100メートル以上あり、往復するのに数分かかり皿運ぶのが大変だった。（なので、Barエリアでなくキッチンエリアを座席指定したほうが良い） 回転直後から1時間は、ホットミールの料理は空が多く、大行列で好きなものが取れない。ピザは5種類あったが、メインのピザすら、空になってることが多すぎ。ローストビーフは常にあった。 また、メニューに記載あるオマール海老関係の料理にオマール海老が入ってない。オマール海老が入ってたのは、ピザのみでガッカリした。パスタも1種類しかないし・・値段とあわないな、これだったらXEX愛宕のほうが、値段上がるがよかったかも・・ ピザはいつもの味で変わらず。ホットミールは、厳選鶏のグリル　マスタードソースが美味しかったが常に鍋ごとない状態が続いて、1個しか食べれなかった。ポテトサラダ、海老(ミニ）とブロッコリーレモン和えは、美味しかった。ローストビーフは、意外にも柔らかく、食べやすくて驚いた。他の一流ホテルのビュッフェのより、柔らかいかも。 あと、女子が多いからスイーツの売れ行きが速い。常に欠品のデザートがいくつもあって、これも希望のが食べれず。補充がものすごく遅い。とくに、パリブレスト、マカロン、パンナコッタが大人気（帰り際にやっと新しいものが追加され、スタッフ結構いるのに皿ごとないものが本当に多いな・・）スイーツは美味しいが、どれも甘め。マカロンは積極的に食べないが、レモンのマカロンで、ダロワイヨに似てて美味しく驚いた。 12時半すぎてやっと行列がなくなるので、開店直後から1時間は補充が間に合わないのか皿（鍋）ごとないから、好きなものがほぼ取れない。他のお客さんも同じこと言ってた。なので、料理がでてこなくなるわけではないので、12時半以降に行くことをお勧めする。
