yakiniku fukuju akihabara — Restaurant in Tokyo

Location is perfect and easy to find. It’s really close JR Akihabara Station.

The place is really cozy and surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded though we went on a Sunday around 1:30PM.

They have lunch menu until 3PM. They have yakiniku set meal with free rice refill (1200円 - 1900円 without tax) or you can opt for the unli yakiniku (~1980円 without tax). We had the unli yakiniku which includes so much more (see photo below).

We’ve been to a lot of yakiniku restaurants. This one is cheaper but with good quality meat. Adding the beautiful view of Akihabara (see photo) and the good service.

Servers were mostly foreigners who speak English so don’t worry about you Japanese skills!

Downside is, we weren’t ask if we want a smoking or non smoking seat. So we assumed it’s a non smoking restaurant. But new guests came in and smoked while we ate. This was the ice breaker. Luckily, because of the smoke from grilling I didn’t smell it that much but I still...

As an international student, I have been in Japan for nearly a year. It is no exaggeration to say that this is almost the worst meal I have ever eaten. The stone pot bibimbap is too salty and spicy, and the beef is not fresh. However, bad taste is not even the most serious problem in this restaurant. An ingredient quality is good, but an atmosphere is uncomfortable, and staff is lack in service. Maybe it might from our when we come to this place in one hour and half before they closed. The service is feel confuse and lack. A foreigner staff (I think he may came from India or Central Asia) service is good and try to explain about detail of all-you-can-eat/drink plan.
