Since it is a small establishment with limited dining space, they were initially full when we arrived at 7pm & turned us away. However, the staff rushed out 2 minutes later to tell us that they had a table available and could seat us in 10 minutes — which was really great of them.
We are vegetarian and the staff were very accommodating, offering to take out meat from certain dishes. We ordered the fried potatoes, margherita pizza & the tomato sauce pasta.
The pizza was delicious and the tomato sauce pasta was homemade and comforting. The fried potatoes were crispy and paired great with the garlic tobasco sauce on the table.
All the dishes were affordable as well, with a 25cm pizza at about ¥900 and the pasta at about ¥700.

Read moreI usually avoid Italian food in Japan because it is rarely any good and I prefer to try the local cuisine, but I ended up here after being refused service by the owner of the place I originally intended to visit. Best Italian food I've found in Japan so far and with much lower prices than you usually expect to pay for Western food over here. The place doesn't look like much from outside but inside is nice and cosy. Friendly staff too....
