Shinken Shobu — Restaurant in Urayasu

Sorry for pictures of half-eaten food; only remembered to take photo halfway through.

Its a decent place with decent ramen within the area. Both the miso soup base and mazesoba base can do with slightly less salt but the general taste is there; will suit the palatte of people that prefers heavier flavours.

Nothing to complain or judge for service and atmosphere; a simple, no fuss and straightforward ramen dinner is what you can expect in a good sense.

Something interesting to note, their mazesoba comes with pickled szechuan vegetable and that adds a wonderful twist to the typical savoury taste of such ramen style :)

If you have a slightly bigger appetite, go for the ramen with mini fried rice set or you can go ahead to share it too; fried rice is fragrant and of decent standard...

せっかくの旅行の一食無駄にしないで！ 他の方の口コミを見て自分だけでは 無く安心しました。 接客が良ければこんな口コミなんて 書きません。 【理由】 ①さほど混んでないのに提供が異常に 遅い。フードコートの他のテナントで 頼んだ家族はとっくに食べ終わってます。 ②提供が遅い割に注文したのと違う。 指摘したら細身の男性が 「作り直しますが、また料金は頂きます」 です。こちらからすると、いやいや 間違えたのあなたでしょ？とあきれて 言い返す気にもなりません。 ③味が本当に美味しくありません。 返却口に何人もの方が残したラーメン見て 何も感じ無いのかな？ 味噌ラーメンをどうしたら逆に ここまで不味くできますか？って 感じです。唐揚げは作り置きです。 チャーハンは機械からポタポタ落ちて きて不味いです。私の作るチャーハンの 方が美味しいです！
