green by（グリーン バイ） — Restaurant in Wakayama

We found this restraunt by accident, but I'm glad we did. Its next to the main river and 5-7 mins away from Wakayama castle. The timings makes it a good choice for someone who wants to eat dinner since most normal restraunts close around 5-7 pm. Only izakaya are open after that.

The restraunt has a good vibe , around 6 tables for couples/groups and a huge long table that takes around 20 or more. Good seating , its an open kitchen though so you smell everything that's being cooked, some people might like it , some won't.

The food menu is in Japanese but the waiter/cook translated it and her English was good too. The food has a lot of variety and it seems it changes a lot by season.

We ordered the Shrimp Galette and the caramelized Banana chocolate crepe. Perfectness and foodgasm on the lips of our mouths. Can't recomend it enough to whoever is still reading this. The coffee wasn't bad either. It cost us around 3000 yen for all that. Can't wait to come again if fate...
