My initial thoughts about this place that serves only vegetables meals - how great can a vegetable meal be? Ooooh boy, how wrong I was. I took a bite of the “Vegetable Full Toast Sand” and it was so flavourful and delicious. Not flavourful from the sauces they used, but from the elaborate varieties of vegetables packed inside the sandwich. Vegetables never tasted so so good 🤤🤤😋😋 This place serves vegetables meals with a twist. Extremely well crafted and flavourful with each mouthful. They have menus in English with English speaking staff.

The food here was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, even with how busy it was. My biggest complaint is that I left hungry, even though I ordered a large set meal. Everything was delicious and the alcoholic drinks were mixed with real juice and paired with a palette cleanser. When we arrived, we were given green tea for free. The tea was exceptional. As was the service.

Lovely cafe that is run by the typical old Japanese couple. Specializes in curry and it sure was good. The vegetable curry udon was not only flavourful you could tell alot of work was done to it just by looking at the sole amount of ingredients you get in the bowl. The shop is English friendly with a very cute graphic menu, so please don't shy away if you are skiing around the area!

One of the best vegetarian foods I have ever tried in Japan till date! Staff is very friendly. They even prepared special vegetarian soup for us. Food tasted very well. Would highly recommend this place

野菜を中心としたメニューを提供するレストランです。山形県道１４号上山蔵王公園線沿いにお店があります。駐車場ありです。 店内は、テーブル席が６席とカウンター席が５席あります。 ランチメニューは全て一律１３００円で、ドリンクセットで１５００円でした。 ドリンクやデザートメニューもありました。 ランチメニューは野菜が３０種類以上とれるメニューになっているようです。 今回は「しばママ御膳」をいただきました。 メインとご飯の種類を選べたので、メインをハンバーグ、ご飯を発芽発酵玄米で注文しました。 注文時にアレルギーや苦手なものがあるかもしっかり聞いてくれました。 食べてみての感想として、不健康な自分の身体にしみる味わいの御膳でした。 漬物があまり得意ではない自分ですが、クセがなく美味しくいただけました。 かぼちゃのサラダ、ナスのあんかけ、ハンバーグも素材の味が感じられ美味しかったです。 玄米のご飯も桜えびとごま塩がかけられていてそのまま食べても美味しい味付けでした。 野菜もいっぱい採れて満足できました。 接客してくれたのが、しばママ本人だと思いますが、すごく優しく接客もよくてまた行きたいと思えるお店でした。

2018年9月24日昼間現在の情報を記載いたします。 蔵王のデートでおそらく重宝するお店と拙考いたします。 というのも、例えば、山形在住の方が夜に温泉に入りに来るとして、19時をまわるとほぼほぼ飲食店は営業終了となります。にもかかわらず、このお店は24時まで営業されております。 今回はランチ時に、お邪魔しました。名前は忘れましたが、野菜いっぱいのカレーを頂きました。1000円です。カレーのほか、付け合わせで果物とスープ、善意の枝豆を頂きました。ワンドリンク注文するならば、ドリンクセット1300円をご検討下さい。 お店の方も気さくで観光情報を頂けます。どういう背景かわかりませんが、向かいにあるお風呂の割引券も頂けます。 冬場は隣接の貸しスキー屋さんも営業されるとのことで、忙しくなるとのことでした。 特記事項としては、犬がいます。私は犬が非常に苦手で、歩いている犬をみると動けなくなるほどです。しかし、こちらの犬は吠えたり無闇に近づいてきたりということはありませんでした。 よって評価五つ星でございます。 ご参考頂けますと幸いです。
