I’m not a big fan of matcha but just felt like having some ice cream that day when I walked past the shop. The soft serve did not disappoint. It was almost closing time when I came but the kind and pretty girl who served me allowed me to sit on the bench outside to finish my dessert before closing the store.

一の坂川沿い、県立図書館裏手くらいに位置する、お茶屋兼カフェです。イートインスペースは少なめ。 現在の場所には数年前に移転されましたが、数十年前は道場門前商店街に店があった、かなりの老舗です。 キッチンカーでよくイベントにも出店されています。 建物横に駐車場が数台分ありますが、道が一方通行で狭いので注意が必要です。 ほうじ茶ラテ飲み物系やソフト系中心で種類が豊富です。 JAFの優待で、上のハートのクッキー？ウエハース？が一枚追加されてます。 お水は申告制、コップ極小です。。

旅行中にお邪魔しました。 （緑茶好きなので、旅行先でその土地のお茶を買うのが楽しみだったりします） 様々なフレーバーティーがありましたが、緑茶類のティーパックは少なめ。急須で淹れる煎茶は沢山ありました。 お茶のお買い物と、イートインするアイスを注文しましたが、バイトと思われる店員の女の子がビックリするほど無愛想で覇気がない… まさに蚊の鳴くような声で対応されました。 アイスを注文する際にお勧めを伺うと、面倒臭そうに「あ〜、○○です」と返されました。 お若い方の接客はこんなものなのかな。
