As a Taiwanese who’s been living in Japan for a long time, I tried to get my fix on a good bowl of beef noodles for awhile. As some of you may know, a lot of restaurants in Japan claim to be Taiwanese but actually aren’t, so i was quite excited to find a place that actually offers authentic Taiwanese cuisine, although the menus are rather on the expensive side. Taste was not horrible, but not great either. The beef noodle I got was greasy and slightly salty. It tasted like the soup was pre-made from frozen packages or soup powder. But the staff insists on waiting to hand me my drink. And when they put the straw in the drink I can only describe it as comically in slow motion.
I hope they figure out their service issues, I've been to Taiwan and they sling...
